1) We inject a limited amount of liquid termiticide into vulnerable areas around your home, into the soil 
 and under concrete as needed (this will kill ants too if they contact the treatment) .

2) We install monitoring stations in the ground around your home, intercepting any termites trying to get to your home underground. These stations poison termites if they enter the stations to eat the special wood and cellulose bait inside.
We ALSO treat for insects & rodents inside AND out as needed. 

3) If you have an insect problem in between treatments- Call us…we come back free !

 4) Initial One-Time Cost: $499.00(most termite treatments are $800 and UP + an annual warranty fee with no general insect & rodent treatment plan)

The Catch ? An annually renewing service agreement is required.
 
How Long Must the $99/Quarter Be Paid ?  If you stop service, the termite bait stations are removed and your check-ups stop, thus losing your termite/pest/rodent defense.
Most people figure the $99/Qtr. into their budget as just part of the cost of being a home/business owner.

We come back every 3 months, check ALL monitoring stations for termite activity AND re-treat any insect or rodent problem we might find for $99 every 3 months (quarterly), after the initial $499.00 investment. Commercial buildings may be at a higher quarterly rate.
